Timely communication is essential. Clients are responsible for providing feedback and approvals as required.
5. Fees and Payment

Clients will be invoiced as per the agreement. Payment schedules and amounts are agreed upon in advance. Late payments may incur a fee or delay in services.
5.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions and at Webspulse’s discretion. Once a service or a phase of work is completed, no refund is offered for that phase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by Webspulse, including reports, strategies, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Webspulse. Clients are granted a license to use the materials solely for their business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Both Webspulse and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Neither party will disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
While Webspulse strives to provide effective SEO services, results are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (such as search engine algorithm changes). Webspulse is not liable for any damages, loss of revenue, or other negative outcomes arising from our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
Webspulse reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
